ConEdison Solutions helps Federal agencies meet their energy efficiency goals and infrastructure improvement needs financed through guaranteed energy savings provided by a Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPC). With an ESPC, facility improvements are self-funding and paid for over time from the energy savings generated through the implementation of energy efficiency measures. ConEdison Solutions will provide a full range of energy services, including obtaining financing. The benefits of implementing an ESPC are guaranteed delivery of energy improvements, savings and performance.
ESPC projects designed, developed, managed, and implemented, by ConEdison Solutions are helping federal agencies meet the objectives encouraged by law and executive order—such as the Energy Policy Act of 1992 and 2005, and Executive Orders 13123 and 13423. Our projects increase energy efficiency, improve facility infrastructure, and free up appropriated funds which could be used for mission-critical activities.
